"To make information transmission more intelligent and power transmission more reliable" is the mission of Kexing people. "To create a happy enterprise, to win intelligent manufacturing and to become a preferred partner in the electrical industry" is the unremitting pursuit of Kexing people. Kexing Electric will continue to invest in R & D and technological innovation, provide super-standard high-quality products and efficient services, and strive to make great contributions to the global power grid.

On the morning of April 14, 2023, accompanied by the warmth of spring, the fourth Cosine Electric QCC theme competition, aimed at "reducing costs and increasing efficiency; cultivating talent as the core; team building as the purpose; and implementation as the key," came to a perfect conclusion!

This themed event lasted for 9 months, from the selection of the theme to effect confirmation, standardization, and next steps. These eight major steps embody the hard work of all our team members; it is precisely due to everyone's unity, cooperation, and brainstorming that we have achieved today's fruitful results!

Let's take a look at the wonderful moments of this themed event!

2. Team Style

The "Machining Line" took the lead, focusing on safety, with the goal of achieving "zero" safety incidents. By identifying hazards and assessing risks, a safety risk analysis statistical table was established, along with corresponding preventive mechanisms for the key factors. Through activities like "Weekly Safety Officer Rotation" and "Safety Green Cross," employees on site were actively involved, which not only enhanced their safety awareness and sense of ownership but also truly achieved "zero" safety incidents on the Machining Line, reaching the established implementation goals.

The "Current Line" addressed the fluctuation in employee demand caused by uneven annual production capacity. The Current Line focused on the "Employee Skills Four-Star Matrix" theme, assessing the skills of existing employees through training, theory, and practical exams. As of now, the Current Line has completed skill assessments for all processes, achieving the goals for this stage. The next step will involve cross-departmental and cross-position skill assessments. This undoubtedly lays a solid foundation for enhancing employees' professional skills and overall quality, promoting the construction of a talent team, and achieving mutual growth between employees and the company!

"Technology & WarehouseThe theme activity led by the Technology Department and Warehouse to "reduce the specifications of low-voltage and medium-voltage current iron cores" has achieved gratifying results. The number of current iron cores was reduced from 6246 to 3143; approximately 58 batches of stagnant iron cores were exchanged, amounting to 85,500 yuan; over 2000 types of iron core codes were deleted/disabled; and the amount of exchanged/stagnant iron cores exceeded 100,000 yuan!

In this activity, each QC group showcased their skills, following and applying scientific methods such as the PDCA cycle and statistical techniques to plan, implement, check, and improve the selected topics. This allows for continuous advancement and step-by-step improvement. Let's appreciate the style of other groups!

At the end of the competition, Yang Feng, Deputy General Manager of the Manufacturing Center, and Liu Yunqiang, Deputy General Manager of the Quality Center, provided comments on this themed competition. They pointed out that the QCC themed competition should be carried out persistently, and improvement measures must be implemented and executed effectively; the road to improvement is long and challenging, but it is precisely because of our perseverance, teamwork, and fearlessness of difficulties that we have achieved today's results!

In the future, they hope to have more teams and senior leaders involved to contribute to our path of improvement!

Finally, thanks to every member who participated in this event, and thanks to all the leaders for their strong support of this event!

See you at the next session!
