In recent years, under the guidance of the new energy security strategy of "four revolutions, one cooperation," China has made a series of breakthrough progress in the green and low-carbon transformation of energy.Four revolutions, one cooperationTo support the construction of a new energy system, Kexing Electric adheres to innovation while maintaining integrity. On November 20, Kexing Electric successfully developed a new type of ±800kV series transformer and passed various type tests.
This series of products can be applied to ±200kV~±800kV flexible direct current systems.
The newly developed patented energy supply transformer adopts a new electromagnetic shielding and series stacking structure, which can be connected in series with multiple ±100kV or ±200kV transformers to meet the energy supply needs of different voltage levels in direct current systems.
It has characteristics such as "high efficiency, energy saving, large capacity, low partial discharge, and convenient maintenance," effectively ensuring the safe, stable, and efficient operation of ultra-high voltage direct current transmission projects.

The successful development of the new energy supply transformer for the ±800kV flexible direct current system is another technological breakthrough following the energy supply transformer for the ±500kV flexible direct current system.

The Zhangbei flexible direct current project has four converter stations located in Zhangbei, Kangbao, Fengning, and Beijing, each equipped with four sets of high voltage direct current energy supply systems. Both the Beijing and Zhangbei converter stations use Kexing's newly developed high voltage direct current energy supply transformers, with core technologies and key equipment achieving international innovation, supporting the use of green electricity for the Beijing Winter Olympics.

The series of products developed by Kexing in recent years, including direct current energy supply transformers, zero magnetic energy direct current transformers, and environmentally friendly gas-insulated transformers, have contributed to improving environmental quality, promoting the green transformation of energy, and winning the battle for blue skies.
Kexing, in cooperation with NARI, provided measurement solutions for direct current current and voltage for this project. This solved the industry challenges of connecting direct current sources to the alternating current grid, which requires multiple stages of AC/DC conversion, limited capacity for renewable energy consumption, high energy loss, and low energy utilization efficiency.
